- IQdect: We can provide the integration of the GSM network to the location-based fixed voice network of the institutions. Thanks to this integration, it is possible to work as an internal phone without installing any application on the GSM phone. This integration is supported in Türk Telekom and Turkcell networks. This solution has been developed by our Turkish Engineers since 2008 with the support of GSM operators.
- IQpbx: It is a SIP-based communication solution that we have built completely according to the needs of the company. The needs of the company are determined by our project team, and the whole system design is matured according to the guidance of our project team.
- IQcrm: It is our CRM solution that is fully integrated into our IQpbx solution. Thanks to this product, all sales and processes related to the customer can be followed. It has SMS and mail integrated modules. IQcrm serves more than 200 happy customers. It has been completely developed by our own engineers.
- IQfct: It is the product we use in projects where continuity criteria are very important. With this product, the call flow provides access to the IQpbx or the existing call center platform of the institution over the GSM network in case of malfunctions in fixed numbers. Projecting from 1 channel to unlimited channels can be done.
- IQteams: Teams application, the solution of Microsoft company, provides voice, visual and written communication. However, these transactions are carried out in a closed manner within the institution. With our IQteams product, the voice services received from service providers allow it to work in full integration with the Teams application. Our solution has been developed by our own Turkish engineers.
